- Description
- The Ann Arbor VA Healthcare Center, 2215 Fuller Rd., Ann Arbor, MI 48105 intends to issue a solicitation requesting quotes to provide all the necessary parts, labor, equipment, supervision and transportation for the preventive maintenance and unlimited repairs of eight (8) Diesel Generators. The contract period will be six months (April 01, 2010 to September 01, 2010) with four (4) one year pre-priced option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract duration shall not exceed 5 years. A complete Statement of Work will be included in the solicitation document that will be available on Fedbizopps on or about January 25, 2010. Solicitation documents may be downloaded electronically at www.fedbizopps.gov. Solicitation responses will be due on or about February 17, 2010. It is the intent of the VA to solicit offers and award one contract on a competitive basis. This procurement will be conducted utilizing the commercial item procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 in conjunction with the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310. The small business size standard for this NAICS codes is $7.0 million dollars in average annual receipts.
