Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, has a requirement to replace the roofs on Warehouses A and B and the Machine Shop at the Grand Coulee Project Office in Grand Coulee, Washington. The work primarily consists of removing the existing roofing, insulation, nailers, flashing, and vapor barrier; and furnishing and installing new insulation, nailers, expansion joints, gutters, vapor barrier, and thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing. This requirement will be issued as a negotiated request for proposals, and specific evaluation factors for the project will be stated in the solicitation. The estimated dollar range of this procurement is $1,000,00 to $5,000,000. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160, and the small business size standard is $14 million. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be available APPROXIMATELY January 28, 2010, at www.fedbizopps.gov. Prospective offerors must be registered in CCR prior to the awarding of any contract - see www.ccr.gov.
