- PR: AX0F5055AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement a minimum quantity of 50, up to 230 maximum, of a Fuel Tank Combo-Pac, NSN: 1560-01-519-4248, Part Number: HM025-600-11 applicable to the BJ (AH-64 (Apache)). Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 50; 2nd Year, 45; 3rd Year, 45; 4th Year, 45; and 5th Year, 45. Required delivery is 6 units 360 days after contract award (DACA) and 6 per month thereafter until contract completion. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. The only known sources for NSN: 1560-01-519-4248 is Robertson Aviation, LLC, Cage Code: 1T765, a large business. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
