- NSN 1560-01-039-4347, PR: 0023723592. Item: Duct Assembly, Air C Fitting; P/N NH1002113-7. The only approved sources for this item in regards to the specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are Eaton Corporation (CAGE 00624) P/N NH1002113-7 and F M H Corporation (CAGE 99755) P/N NH1002113-7. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition with source control drawing/document. Any manufacturer, other than Eaton Corporation (CAGE 00624) P/N NH1002113-7 and F M H Corporation (CAGE 99755) P/N NH1002113-7, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 39 each. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Export Control and Configuration Control. Government First Article Testing applies. The First Article is due 292 days from date of award. Production line item delivery is 292 days after first article acceptance. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Delivery for this procurement will be STOCK. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be January 28, 2010 with a closing date of March 01, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
