Description

SCOPE OF WORK for CONSTRUCTION630-08-118 OPC Medical Gas / Panel Upgrade SCOPE OF WORK Work includes replacement of existing vacuum pump with new equipment, removal of existing air compressor, new medical air compressor modules connected to existing duplex medical air compressor, alterations, new domestic water, drainage and medical gas piping, electrical work, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items, replacement of existing area alarm panel with new panels in OPC Building and Building ? 1, and new medical alarm wires from mechanical room in OPC Building to existing master alarm panels. Tie in area alarm panels to the building network to view on intra/internet. Provide epoxy flooring throughout the mechanical room. SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON OR BEFORE 01/28/2010.
