- Description: PRON: AX9F0376AX, NSN: 1680-01-159-4583, P/N: 70400-21613-043, NOUN: Adjuster Assembly, Minimum/95 each Maximum/571 each five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) 100% Small Business Set-aside applicable to UH-60 (BLACKHAWK) Weapon System. Production Lead-time with first article testing is 95 each 339 days after contract award. Production Lead-time without first article testing is 95 each 226 days after contract award. Production Lead-time when Alternate II clause is recommended is 20 each 283 days after contract award with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. e source to General Electric Company Cage Code 99207. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is completed, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. No telephone request will be accepted. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
