- This is an announcement directing interested parties to the Department of Interior's Business Opportunities Web Page at http://ideasec.nbc.gov where details of a US Geological Survey Request For Quotation (RFQ) # 10HQQQ0031 may be viewed. This RFQ includes the Statement of Work and Instruction to Bidders listed under Attachments. This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested for training services. The posted RFQ contains a description of the service, quantity, delivery, and applicable clauses.
