- Coating Product Information Page Material Safety Data Sheet Coating Primer product information page Market Research Survey Request for Information Material Safety Data Sheet: Primer This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis for the Tinker Air Force Base, 76th MXW Paint IDIQ contract. The following information is provided to assist the Air Force in conducting a Market Research of Industry to identify potential sources for this effort. Also, a Request for Information is included within this synopsis, which allows a source the opportunity to provide comments for the development of our contract. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC), Enterprise Acquisition (PKEA) will award a single contract. The purpose of the contract is to provide Tinker AFB with DTM acrylic primer/finish and DTM acrylic coating paints. The Air Force will acquire these services through an Air Force Source Selection. It is anticipated that the contract will be a 5-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) pricing arrangement. Potential offerors are requested to complete the attached Market Survey and Request for Information. Please send a response for each document to Adam Nicholas at OC-ALC/PKEA, 3001 Staff Drive, Ste W73, Tinker AFB, OK, 73145 or via e-mail at adam.nicholas@tinker.af.mil. Responses are due no later than close of business 27 Jan 10. No phone or FAX requests will be accepted. If you have additional questions, please e-mail them to the above address and a response will be provided. The government does not intend to make an award on the basis of this sources sought synopsis or otherwise pay for the information solicited herein. Copies of the submitted information will be reproduced and submitted to the OC-ALC/PKEA Integrated Process Team (IPT) for review. Results of the review will be used to develop the RFP.
