- For release to Fed Biz Opps 1/13/2010 This requirement is for the completion of the development of drawing and maintenance manual/illustrated parts breakdown format updates. These services will enable TH-67 Creek training helicopter maintenance personnel to install a 5 micron filter element in the on-board hydraulic system. The TH-67 is a modified variant of BHTI's commercially available 206B JetRanger. Justification and Approval applies for other than full and open competition at FAR 6.302-1 for, Only one responsible source or only from a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to the approved source, Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. (BHTI), Ft. Worth, TX. Only an approved source will be considered for award.
