- RFQ for Beef Patties The Federal Correctional Institution, Sandstone, Minnesota, intends to make a single award for 40,000 lbs of 2 - 4 ounce 100% ground beef patties for the Federal Correctional Institution, Sandstone, Minnesota. Deliveries will be made to Midway Cold Storage, 2231 Territorial Rd., St. Paul, MN 55114. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order to the lowest priced responsible offeror on a per line item basis. The solicitation will be made available on or about January 13, 2010, and will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is no later than January 18, 2010 @ 5:00 p.m. CST. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
