- The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office, 1150 N Curtis Rd, Boise, ID 83706, will issue on or about Friday, January 22, 2010, Request for Quotation (RFQ) R10PS10026 for TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION PREPARATION SERVICES.
