- Location of Work RECOVERY--BUILDING PAINTING, MALHEUR NATIONAL FOREST-THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA) PROCUREMENT The work of this Contract includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, supervision; and performing all operations required to complete all work described in the scope of work and specifications. The principal features of the work include (but are not necessarily limited to) the following: 1.Selective repair and replacement (see section 06 20 13) of miscellaneous deteriorated wood components at locations approved by the Contracting Officer, including, but not limited to: cornice trim including fascia, window sills; flat wood window and clapboard trim; wood clapboards; wood shingles; and wood porch balustrade components. 2.Preparation and painting (see section 09 91 13) of all previously painted exterior building surfaces at all exterior building elevations, including: wood siding, fascia, soffit, eves, rafter tails, wood trim, all porches; all windows, doors and shutters.
