- The Naval EOD Technology has a requirement for Flat Panel Antennas. This is a sole source requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304 ( c) (1). Cobham Antenna Systems, Microwave Antenna, Lambda House, Checeley, Newmarket, Suffolk CB8 9RG, UK. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DoD's Central Contractor Registration database.
