- Description
- Task order under Multipla Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for construction. Non-personal construction services. This project entails the repair and renovations of Building 1029, at the 125th Fighter Wing, Jacksonville, Florida. The existing Building is a one-story, pre-cast concrete structure, approximately 11,000 SF, with a central high-bay hanger and adjacent, low roof shop and support spaces on the east and south sides. The work will include, but is not limited to, selective demolition, site development, architectural improvements, such as new exterior wall treatments, modification of toilet and support spaces, new finishes, flooring, walls, conduit, ceiling panels, and structural members, Mechanical systems renovation, to include HVAC and fire protection, with high expansion foam system, Electrical upgrades, lightning protection. The existing hangar doors will be renovated. The building will be unoccupied during the renovation/repair.
