- This synopsis was originally posted on December 14, 2009 is being modified to include the following: The initial meeting location for the start of the site visit will be on the west side of Highway 85 at the intersection of Highway 85 and 77th SPL Forces Way (This location is on the access road across the highway from the entrance to Duke Field, Eglin AFB, FL) All personnel planning to travel to the actual contruction site must have 4 wheel drive vehicles. Those not having 4 wheel drive vehicles will NOT be allowed access to the planned construction site, however, they will be able to attend the briefing at Duke Field Bldg 3201 after the site visit. All other information remains unchanged.
