Description

REQEST FOR INFORMATION FOR POTENTIAL LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT: The Federal Government is interested in market information on the potential of leasing office and related space consisting of a maximum of approximately 65,030 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office. The Government presently occupies 65,030 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office space at 6300 Security Boulevard in Woodlawn, Maryland. The Government may consider relocation if economically advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving from the current location, alterations, etc, when deciding whether it would consider relocating. LOCATION: Woodlawn, Maryland Please provide information and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet and ANSI/BOMA Office Area rate per square foot.
