- Description
- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, FA2517-10-T-6002, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-35. (iv) The NAICS code is 561110, Office Administrative Services, and the size standard is $7M. (vi) The following commercial item is requested in this solicitation: The contractor shall coordinate all activities within the Peterson AFB Airman & Family Readiness Center's (A&FRC) Discovery Resource Center; provide advisement and orient clients to available resources; and provide computer support on the use of various software programs. The contractor shall input data and keep it up to date in the Air Force Family Integrated Result Statistical Tracking (AFFIRST) database system IAW AFI 36-3009, Airman and Family Readiness Centers, paragraph 5.1 and paragraph 5.2. The Contractor shall provide information and referral services. The solicitation will be available on or about 6 January 2010. (viii) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Jun 2008). All firms must be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil at time of quote submittal. DUNS, Cage Code, tax ID, terms and conditions shall be submitted with quote. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. The Government is not providing contract financing for this requirement. (ix) FAR 52.212-2(a) Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999), applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on past performance and price. (x) The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items (Feb 2009), is applicable to this acquisition. All vendors shall be registered in Online Representations and certifications (ORCA) (https://orca.bpn.gov)) at the time of Quote submittal. (xi) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Mar 2009), applies to the acquisition. (xii) The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items (Deviation) (Apr 2009), applies to this acquisition.
