- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) requires the award of one or more indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contracts for the purchase of the following standard commercial vaccines and estimated quantitiesmanufactured under a current establishment and product license issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration: Description Quantity (Estimated) 1. DTaP vaccine Maximum: 8M Doses Minimum: 100 Doses 2. DTaP/Hep B/IPV vaccine: Maximum: 3.5M Doses Minimum: 100 Doses 3. DTaP/Hib vaccine: Maximum: 220,000 Doses Minimum: 100 Doses 4. DTaP-IPV Vaccine: Maximum: 2.3M Doses Guaranteed Min. 100 Doses 5. DTaP-IP-HI Vaccine: Maximum: 6.6M Doses Guaranteed Min. 100 Doses 6. E-IPV vaccine: Maximum: 3.5M Doses Minimum: 100 Doses 7. Hepatitis A (pediatric) vaccine Maximum: 12M Doses Minimum: 100 Doses 8. Hepatitis A&B (Age 18 only) vaccine Maximum: 100,000 Doses Minimum: 100 Doses 9. Rotavirus vaccine Maximum: 7.3M Doses Minimum: 100 Doses 19. Tetanus and Diphtheria (Td) vaccine Maximum: 750,000 Doses Minimum: 100 Doses 20. Tdap vaccine Maximum: 7M Doses Minimum: 100 Doses 21. Varicella vaccine Maximum: 10M Doses Minimum: 100 Doses The vaccines to be purchased under the resulting contract(s) will be acquired by 64 of the National Center for Immunization and Respitory Disease (NCIRD) grantees (the fifty state health departments, several large city programs and current and former U.S. Territories) as provided under Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 and Section 317(j) of the Public Health Service Act. Grantees may also purchase these vaccines using their own state funds. Some delivery orders will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program of 2009 and are subject to the reporting requirements of the Act. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Vaccines shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination to the 50 states and U.S. territories. The period of performance shall be 12 months from 4/1/2010. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing to Berta Biltz at bbiltz@cdc.gov.Telephone requests will not be honored.
