- RECOVERY - THIS ACTION IS FUNDED BY THE RECOVERY ACT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING CONTRACTOR, REVEAL IMAGING TECHNOLOGIES, INC., UNDER ITS INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF EXPLOSIVE DETECTION SYSTEM TRAINING SIMULATORS. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to award a delivery order under its Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the purchase of Explosive Detection System Training Simulators with 1 BVS Pole and 1 FDRS. A firm-fixed price delivery order is being issued against an IDIQ contract which was previously and competitively awarded to a small business, Reveal Imaging Technologies, Inc.
