- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 22 Logistics office has a requirement for Hospice Services at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (Las Vegas). The care will include but not limited to: 1) Routine Home Hospice Care; 2) Inpatient Hospice Respite Care; 3) Routine Home Hospice Care Provided in VA Community Nursing Home; 4) General Inpatient Hospice Care in an IPU located at Contractor's facility; 5) General Inpatient Hospice Care in an IPU located at VA Contracted Community Nursing Home Facility; 6) General Inpatient Hospice Care in an IPU located at sub-contracted facility. It's the VA's intention to solicit proposals on a competitive basis of Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract includes one base year and (3) one-year renewal options that can be exercised at the option of the Government. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 FAR 15 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 15. NAICS is 621610, Size Standard $10.0 Million.
