- U-30 TT Draft Commercial Item Description Continuation Sheet U-30 TT Draft Commercial Item Description U-30 TT Market Research Questionnaire U-30 TT Market Research Letter The 642 CMSG Tow Tractor program team is currently planning for a solicitation package which will result in a long-term contract for U-30 aircraft tow tractors. Industry input is requested relative to the draft Commercial Item Description (CID), CID continuation sheet, and market research questionnaire in an effort to identify the most current features and capabilities of tow tractors in the market. Additionally, input obtained from industry will ensure that common commercial practices relative to manufacturing, production, warranty coverage, delivery times, etc. are captured. Request your careful review of the attached draft CID, CID continuation sheet, and market research questionnaire for U-30 tow tractors.
