- This is a solicitation notice for potential contractors to provide heart and liver transplant services for the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, San Antonio, Texas 78229. Intent is to award a fixed price-multiple award, indefinite quantity contract with one base year plus four (4) option years. The NAICS code is 621111 with a business size standard of $10.0M. Contractors must be listed as a Medicare-Approved Transplant Center and be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov/).
