- COnference Room SOW Auditorium SOW The 97th Contracting Squadron hereby issues the following combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside Solicitation number F1B1A19344A001 is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote.
