Contracting Officer: Yvette Mullen, 804-279-6887. Issue Date: January 11, 2010, Closing Date: February 26, 2010. Subject item is non-commercial. Subject item is unrestricted. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/acceptance at Destination, 180 days ARO. Subject RFP is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award.
