- Modification Number 0001 The Division of Financial Operations, Debt Management Branch, through the Division of Acquisition Management, Strategic Acquisition Service, Program Support Center, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, will be issuing a solicitation to obtain Litigation Support and On-Site Accounting Support in referring customer’s outstanding debts to the Department of Justice for enforced collection and litigation. The anticipated contract will have a 6-month base period with four 12-month option periods. The solicitation will be issued approximately 7 days after this synopsis is issued and will be made available electronically at this address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Only electronic copies of the solicitation will be available. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after the solicitation is issued. Competition is restricted to eligible 8(a) businesses under NAICS Code 541219/$8.5 M.
