- This SIR is seeking provision of engineering support services for the IT Infrastructure Branch, AOT-100 at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC).The IT Infrastructure Branch conducts periodic refreshes of its Information Technology (IT) Asset Inventory repository. This inventory is used to help identify IT cost savings through consolidation of service support and infrastructure, enterprise licensing agreements (ELAs), blanket purchase agreements (BPAs), and infrastructure service level management.This SIR defines requirements, deliverables, schedule, and documentation required to support this task.This procurement shall be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), Time and Materials (T&M) Level of Effort (LOE) type contract with a period of performance of five (5) years.
