THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER FABS CATEGORY 520 11 The purpose of this requirement is to task a Contractor to assist NIH OFM management in the performing procedures necessary to conduct an annual assessment and report on the effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting as related to Recovery Act funds. The contractor shall provide also assistance in developing any corrective action plans to implement necessary mitigation controls to address identified findings.
