- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN CLEAR LAKE CITY, TX STAR #: 9TX2756 The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 8,181 rentable square feet in the Nasa Clear Lake Market. The space should yield 7,114 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require four (4) surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Bay Area Blvd South: Nasa Road 1 West: Hwy 3 East: Center Blvd Outside of central business district of Clear Lake City, TX The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
