- SYNOPSIS FOR RELAY INSTALL The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to install relay as identified in the RFQ, commercial standards, and local, state and federal requirements. The requirement will be competed as a 100% set-aside for small business. Proposals will be evaluated based on the lowest total aggregate price from. Solicitation issue date will be approximately 7 January 2010. Solicitations will be available through electronic means only. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be accepted, and solicitation packages will not be mailed. All contractors are required to complete Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Additional information on CCR is available at (888) 227-2423. The project magnitude for this project is under $10,000.00.
