- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, effective 04 August 2006. This is set aside for small business, NAICS code 238120 size standard in millions of dollars $14.0. The United States Marine Corps intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price Contract to the Offeror of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest price for the following: 1 Each 60 ft. of 10' x 4' box culvert with headwalls with: 2 - 10 x 4 x 6 end section 6 - 10 x 4 x 8 Mid Section 1 - 10 x 4 x 6 End section with head wall keyway 2 -12"x12"x12" Box culvert headway4 - Bcw wingwall "D" Include shipping costs as a separate line item. Return a completed copy of provision FAR 52.212-3 "Offeror Representation and Certifications - Commercial Items (Aug 2006) with your offer. To be considered for award descriptive specifications and drawings must be included in your response.
