- U.S. GOVERNMENT IS COMPETING LEASED LOCATION. The United States Government is conducting a competition for approximately 2,854 rentable square feet of office and related space within the Incorporated City Limits of Bloomington, IN, as of the date of this ad, for a lease action. The BOMA/ANSI Office square footages must yield a minimum of approximately 2,482 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space. Structured parking for 1 vehicle must be included. The proposed lease would be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be available for occupancy no later than July 1, 2010. Offers must be submitted by owner(s) or by authorized representatives of the owner(s) only. Space offered must be on the second floor or higher in a quality, modern office building, and must meet Government requirements for fire/life safety and handicapped accessibility.
