- Description of Work: Furnishing labor, equipment, and materials to upgrade the existing walking trails at Schnell Recreation Area from a natural trail to a constructed trail with aggregate tread. Work to include but not limited to: construction of trail typical along walking path, placing and compacting crushed aggregate base on the trail, and construction of trail features to enhance the trail such as trail switchbacks and trail tread drainage dips (waterbars).
