- RECOVERY-PORCUPINE ROCK SOURCE CRUSHING AND STOCKPILING-THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) PROCUREMENT. ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE OF COMPLETE SOLICITATION AND SPECIFICATIONS ELECTRONICALLY IN FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IS JANUARY 21, 2010. The objective of this contract is produce crushed aggregate and stockpile it at the stockpile locations designated. The material will be produced from the existing Porcupine Pit T19S, R2E, Sec 12, All work must comply with the technical specifications contained in the performance standards.This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies and incidentals. The Contractor shall assume all risk, loss, damage or expense arising out of prosecution of the work, except as otherwise provided in the contract. This proposed procurement listed herein is 100% set-aside for small business. Contract performance time is 90 calendar days. Estimated start work date is April 1, 2010. In order to receive any contract award, a vendor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
