- SOW SF-18 Insurance 52.212-5 52.212-4 The USDA Agricultural Research Service in Albany, CA requires the relocation of a Nordion self-shielded irradiator Model No. Gammacell 220, Serial No. 172R located in Hawaii to our APHIS location in Massachusetts. The movement of this irradiator requires specific licenses available from NRC. Interested firms must be acquainted with the licensing and state and Federal regulations required before requesting a site visit if needed for the movement of the irradiator from Hawaii to Massachusetts A visual site inspection can be arranged upon request. Due to security considerations we are requesting that this procurement action be expedited and this is the reason why we are requesting a quick turnaround time in submitting proposals for our review. Funds are not currently available to fund this project. Interested firms are requested to complete the SF-18 form provide all NRC licenses or the ability to obtain all licenses along with evidence of insurance to the attention of Fred Gifford as listed in this notice. This procurement action is posted unrestricted. Upon award CCR registration is required. SCA wage rates apply and will be provided when they become available
