- Description
- National Security Technologies, LLC (NSTec) located in Las Vegas, NV is seeking source(s) to provide Record Storage & Management Services to include supervision, personnel, transportation, storage facilities, retrieval, and transfer of NSTec-owned record boxes to and from NSTec facilities for period 5 years (April 1, 2010 through March 30, 2015). SUBCONTRACTOR must have certifiable record storage facilities located in Las Vegas, NV area to accomodate storage, tracking and the ability to retrieve approximately 24,000 boxes plus an estimated 15% annual growth; must be able to retrieve and deliver up to 100-150 boxes within two (2) business days after receipt of request; must have the ability to store other special type media in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. SUBCONTRACTOR's facility must be in compliance with all National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Codes specifically Code 10, 13 and 232, and physically protected from unauthorized access. SUBCONTRACTOR must have an electronic bar code based data management computerized tracking system. SUBCONTRACTOR must have the capability to be National Archives & Records Administration (NARA) certified, and be in compliance with the requirements in 36CFR Subpart K, Facility Standards for Record Storage Facilities. The Capability statement must include an overview of the storage facilities, privacy and security measures, Disaster Recovery measures, NARA Certification, NFPA compliance, and data management features.
