- Description
- This contract is to secure A/E services for the Willamette National Forest. The services of an engineering firm are required to help safely, efficiently, and quickly plan and execute the movement of the McKenzie River Ranger District office employees from the existing office building to temporary office space. The contractor would provide the technical expertise and coordination needed to move the 50-60 people and needed furniture, equipment, and services to temporary space. Work would include the following items: •Determine needed temporary space, including any special spaces •Determine location and utility connections for temporary office space •Determine best method to procure temporary office space and help with the procurement process by developing any needed plans and/or specifications •Determine how to best move the existing furniture, equipment and personal items and help with the procurement of this service by developing any needed plans and/or specifications •Coordinate the delivery of electrical, computer network and telecom services to the temporary office space •Develop a temporary parking plan and traffic flow for the temporary office space The Government will use the short selection process as described in FAR 36.602-5 by utilizing the database maintained by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to obtain sufficient qualified Architect and Engineer contractors and their relevant SF-330 information. This database is generated from the information entered into the On Line Certifications and Representations located at https://orca.bpn.gov/. New SF-330's submissions are not being requested to be sent to this office; RATHER, SF-330 information residing in the system will be pulled from the database referenced. Firms are encouraged to ensure that their SF-330 is entered into the ORCA data base and that they are properly registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR)(www.ccr.gov).
