- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 334517 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES : 500 The purchase of Qty 1 Each - Portable Radio Frequency Radiation Set. Portable; able to be Hand Held Rugged; able to withstand the rigors of military/ industrial applications Wide E-Field detection: Range of 100 Khz - 100 Ghz •n No more than two separate probes to cover this range. Probe frequencies must overlap so that there is no range of frequencies that cannot be detected by both probes •n We will need two sets of the E-Field probes. If the approximate range can be covered in one probe, we will need only two E-field probes; if it requires two separate probes for full coverage, we will need a total of four E-field probes. Wide H-Field detection: Range of 100 Khz - 300 MHz •n No more than two separate probes; must overlap •n One set of the H-Field probes Two identical meters compatible with the two/three/four different probes required. The meters must output in the following units: mW/ cm 2 ; V/m; A/m. Output range of at least 0.1 - 100 mW/ cm 2 All necessary cords, software, etc. to make this a functional system Carrying Cases for all Equipment Summary: Two meters Two or Four E-Field probes One or Two H-Field probes All required accessories, and carrying case(s) Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier. Quotations should be emailed to Oliver Dexter (oliver.dexter@robins.af.mil) no later than 08 Jan 10, 4:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 07 Jan 10. Please do not request award status prior to this date.
