- NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). The Cryptologic Systems Group (CPSG) intends to award on a sole source basis a Fixed Price contract for the repair of MSTAR Aerial HD Assy and MSTAR Electronic Assy to the OEM, DRS Sustainment Systems, Inc., 201 Evans Ln, St. Louis MO 63121-1126. This proposed repair acquisition will include the following: 2 each, MSTAR Electronic Assy, NSN: 5855ND023048J, P/N: 599505-1 and 6 each, MSTAR Aerial HD Assy, NSN: 5855ND023045J, P/N: 599502-1. Required Delivery: 30 days after receipt of assets. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by Jan. 2010. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firmbelieves it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within ten (10) days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. See Note 22.
