- The first purpose of amendment #1 to synopsis HSBP1010R2885 posted on December 16, 2009, is to inform all offerors that as of January 4, 2010, the solicitation number has changed from HSBP1010R2885 to HSBP1010R0021. The second purpose of this amendment is to answer the following question submitted to CBP on January 4, 2010: Question: The FBO notice indicates a need for a facility, vehicles and support services, however; it then indicates that CBP will provide all vehicles. Is it just a facility requirement with minimal logistical needs to run the facility or is there a need for both the facility and the vehicles? Answer: The Government will provide some vehicles, while we expect the contractor to provide the vehicles for the Offensive Drive Techniques modified with safety equipment. The SOW, which will be a part of the solicitation, will provide further details.
