- The Marine Corps Systems Command, 2200 Lester Street, Quantico, Virginia, 22134 will award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract to Capital Segway Incorporated, Washington DC. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Capital Segway Incorporated is the only manufacturer that has a platform that will operate at the required speed (>=12mph), can support greater than 400lb payload and can be programmed with an application programming interface (API) that does not require embeddd hardware programming. System must be able to develop and test controller programming throught a Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface without having to design and manufacture hardware circuit boards. The NAICS code for this procurement is 339999 the employee size is 500.
