- Amendment #0002 is hereby implemented to place On-Hold Indefinitely the Teleradiology Solicitation number VA-257-09-RP-0228. An impending amendment will be issued to reinstate another proposal date. If you are a vendor on the interested parties list, please confirm via email at gaila.lowe@va.gov, that you have seen this notice; on or before 1/07/2010. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) Contracting Office (10N17/674C) expects awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Service Contract for Teleradiology Services. This shall be a total Services-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The contract award shall be for a base period of 12 months from date of award with four (4) one-year options. Contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, equipment, materials, space and direct supervision to perform teleradiology services as required by the Statement of Work for the CTVHCS Centers located at Temple, Waco, Austin, Brownwood, Bryan/College Station, Cedar Park and Palestine. Following the guidelines outlined in FAR Part 12 and 15, a solicitation shall be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for acquisition of commercial services. The issue date for the written RFP is 12/08/2009, and the Proposal Due Date is 01/08/2010 by 4:30 p.m. C.S.T.
