- INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement to procure Digital Depot software maintenance. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, when there is a supply or service available only from one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agencys needs. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis, solicitation number W911N2-10-T-0035, with Dassault Systems, 900 Chelmsford St., Lowell, MA 01851, (248) 267-9696. The solicitation will be released O/A 7 January 2010 and close O/A 15 January 2010. CBDNet Numbered Note 22 applies.
