- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN BUTLER, PA PROJECT #: 9PA2193 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 4,086 rentable square feet in Butler, Pennsylvania. The space should yield 3,553 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The offered space must be on the first floor. The proposed space must be located within the Central Business District of Butler, Pennsylvania. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 21, 2012. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
