- The United States Government seeks to lease Office space consisting of approximately 2,130 rentable square feet in SAGINAW, MI within the following delineated area: Tattabawassee Road to the north, west to Makinaw Road, Makinaw Road south to Malzahn Street, Malzahn Street south to Brockway Road, Brockway Road south-east on an angle to Gatriot Avenue, Gatriot Avenue east for approximately one block to Stephens Street. Stephens Street turns into Rust Avenue, crossing the river to the east. Rust Avenue east to S. Warren Avenue. South Warren Avenue north to E. Holland Avenue. East Holland Avenue east to I-75. Follow I-75 North to I-675. I -675 north west to where it intersects with Michigan Avenue. Michigan Avenue north to Tattabawasse Road. After an on-site survey by a Government representative, the area of consideration may be revised to include only the Central Business District, depending on competition within the market and a review of the overall mission of the Government agency. The space should yield between 1,850 to 2,130 BOMA usable square feet and should be located on the first floor level with visibility to both foot traffic and passing motorists. Designated parking is required for 2 vehicles. The proposed lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, OSHA and seismic protection. The General Services Administration will not use tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions for this procurement. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
