- Solicitation# HSTS01-10-Q-RES900 was made publicly available on December 29, 2009 as a document package attachment to Pre-Solicitation Notice# HSTS01-09-Q-RES900. Please Note: As outlined in Section L.5 "SITE VISIT" on page 28 of the solicitation - Offeror participation in the MANDATORY site visit is required in order to submit a responsive quote for award consideration. All interested companies must reserve their space for the site visit by the time and date noted below and participate in the site visit scheduled for WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 6, 2010. Interested companies MUST contact Mr. Ricardo Jackson at (330) 244-3103 by 4PM local time (Ohio) on JANUARY 5, 2010. The site visit date, time and location will be confirmed with all companies that provide their information by the above deadline. Companies should fully review the solicitation prior to the site visit. No copies of the solicitation will be provided at the site visit. NO technical or contractual questions will be answered nor will any additional instruction outside of the solicitation be provided at the site visit. Any questions of either nature should be directed to Evelyn S. Tyndell, Contract Specialist via email at Evelyn.Tyndell@dhs.gov no later than 4pm local time (Washington, DC) on Friday, January 8, 2010. All answers will be provided as an amendment to this solicitation via the FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES website.
