- SEE DOCUMENTATION BELOW (GOVT ESTIMATE)NOTE: MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTING REGISTRATION (CCR)POINT OF CONTACT IS GERI HERRERA@ 303-969-7101 GERALDINE_J_HERRERA@NBC.GOV DEPARTMENT OF INTERIORNATIONAL BUSINESS CENTERDENVER FACILITIES MANAGEMENT BRANCHWAREHOUSE MOVESTATEMENT OF WORK OVERVIEW The National Business Center warehouse presently located at 3133 South Platte River Drive, Englewood, CO, will be moving to Building 810 on the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, CO. The present warehouse at 3133 South Platte River Drive is approximately 10,000 square feet. There are loading docks at the old and new locations. The move will begin on Monday, January 25, 2010, and end no later than Thursday, January 28, 2010. The move will be performed during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). ITEMS TO BE MOVED Items to be moved include: palletized systems furniture, systems furniture parts/pieces, palletized carpet, portable office walls, pallets, storage racks, boxes, chairs, wood desks, wood bookcases, wood credenzas, tables, flipcharts, refrigerator, trash cans, and other miscellaneous items. OTHER INFORMATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS 1. The vendor bid shall provide the Client with Proof of Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation and provide a supervisor for work crew. 2. All workers shall have in their possession at all times a valid government-issued identification, such as a driver's license. 3. Moving Equipment needed to perform the move include: moving trucks equipped with a lift and ramp, panel carts, 4-wheelers, and moving blankets for wood furniture. 4. Dates and times for the move schedule are not flexible, and it is critical to be on time. 5. The vendor bid is to include cleaning services of the 3133 South Platte River Drive warehouse at the end of the move, such as disposing of any remaining trash and sweeping the floor. 6. There will be a pre-move and post-move walk-through with vendor to survey any building or property damage prior to and after the move. 7. The Department of Interior, National Business Center, has the option to terminate the moving contract if requirements are not being met anytime during the contract period.
