- NSN 4930-01-487-6074, Part Number 12593406. The item to procure is a Hand Pump Assembly. It is a Hydraulic Hand Pump for the M119A1/A2 Howitzer. This part consists of (1) 20 inch long Hand Pump that is Source Controlled to Applied Power, Inc, using their P/N P-202 and (1) 18 inch long Hydraulic Hose compatible with Mil-PRF-6083, SAE J517 and a maximum operating pressure of 3,000 PSI with (2) 37 degree Straight Female Flare Fittings permanently attached per SAE J514. FOB is Destination. The proposed contract will be a 4-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 281 each and a maximum contract quantity of 1400 each. Projected estimates are 100 each for each subsequent ordering period. The minimum guaranteed quantity for this procurement is 281 each. Estimated issue date is 19 Jan 2010. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102; therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capacity to satisfy the Governments requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. Offers must be submitted in the English language and in U.S. dollars. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
