- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Conti Federal Services, Inc., W912DQ-05-D-0002 This contract action was not awarded as a fixed price type because uncertainties involved in contract performance did not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed price contract. As such, a cost-reimbursement type action was awarded (FAR 16.301-2). The Kansas City District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers modified contract task order W912DQ-05-D-0002-0012 using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds for the completion of Remedial Action, Operable Unit 3 (OU3), at the Imperial Oil/Champion Chemical Superfund Site located in Marlboro Township, Monmouth County, New Jersey. The project was competed among Environmental Chemical Corporation, W912DQ-04-D-0017; Sevenson Environmental Services, Inc., W912DQ-04-D-0023; Cape Environmental Management, Inc., W912DQ-05-D-0001; and Conti Federal Services, Inc., W912DQ-05-D-0002. It was awarded as a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Completion Basis Task Order to Conti Federal Services, Inc. (CAGE Code: 0WZD6). This modification is in the amount of $3,775,000.00.
