- RECOVERY ACT ACTION THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE NATIONAL LIBRARY OF MEDICINE (NLM), LISTER HILL CENTER (LHC), Veex Inc. (DUNS# 786024930). In accordance with FAR Part 5.7 Publicizing Requirements under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) this is a notification of intent to award a sole source fixed priced purchase order using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding. The contract is for Information Technology Services, including telecommunications services and will be awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 6.302-1. It is the intent of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM) to award a purchase order to Veex Inc. (DUNS# 786024930). The deliverables are: MLX300 10GE Intelligent Loopback Device, Quantity 1; 1310nm SR (10km) 10G XFP, Quantity 1; VePal MX300, Portable Ethernet Test Set, Quantity 1, 10GE option, Single XFP Interface (XFP optional) with 10GE LAN mode enabled, and Loopback Mode, Quantity 1; Two 10/100/1000 Base-T and two 1000Base-X ports, Quantity 1; Remote Control, Quantity 1; MX300 10GE/1G Multiple Streams, Quantity 1; MX300 10GE/1G Jitter, Quantity 1; 850 nm (550m) SFP - 1GE, 1G/2G FC, Quantity 2; and 1310nm SR (10km) 10G XFP, Quantity 1.
