- RECOVERY ACT - This notice is for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Information Notice: The General Services Administration awarded a Task Order under an existing local Multiple Award - Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for professional construction management services to provide said services for a construction project that includes waterproofing and reconstruction of the plaza situated on the Lafayette Street side of the Jacob K. Javits Federal Building located at 26 Federal Plaza (between Duane and Worth Streets), New York City.
